Privacy policy of personal data
Concerned about respecting the privacy of users of its website www.cosim.fr, COSIM has established this charter to protect personal data. Users are hereby informed of the practices and processing inherent in the collection and use of such data.
As the data controller, COSIM undertakes to comply with the regulations in force in France and the European Union, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation.
What personal data is collected?
- Contact form
Personal data collected: Last name, First name, Telephone number, E-mail address
Purpose: to respond to a request for information about our services, properties for sale or current property searches.
Retention period: in the absence of concrete action, this data is deleted within the period recommended by the CNIL, i.e. after three years from the date of collection.
- Form to join us
Personal data collected: Surname, First name, Telephone number, E-mail address
Purpose: to respond to your request to join the COSIM team.
Retention period: these data are not stored.
- Form to recommend us
Personal data collected: Last name, First name, Phone number, E-mail address
Purpose: to take into account the referral of a future customer in order to offer a commercial discount, as well as the allocation of gift vouchers to the user.
Retention period: in the absence of a specific project, this data is deleted after twelve months from the date of collection. Otherwise, it is deleted five years after collection, in order to comply with accounting retention obligations.
- Cookies
Technical or audience measurement cookies are tolerated without the need for consent. COSIM undertakes never to use them for advertising purposes.
Who receives this data?
Only authorized personnel and sales agents appointed by COSIM may have access to the personal data collected and process it within the strict framework of its purpose.
COSIM undertakes not to market the personal data collected to third parties.
Personal data is stored exclusively in France and is not transferred outside the European Union.
What is the legal basis for this collection?
With regard to forms, COSIM is obliged to obtain the explicit consent of the person concerned, which is necessary for the execution of the user’s request.
What rights do users have?
Users have the following rights in accordance with current legislation:
- Right to information on processing
- Right of access
- Right of rectification and deletion
- Right to object
- Right to limit processing
- Right to data portability
To exercise their rights, users are invited to contact COSIM (see “Contact” below). This request must be accompanied by proof of identity.
COSIM will reply as soon as possible, and in any event within one month of receipt of proof of identity.
